3. Accuracy and timeliness: We endeavor to keep the tools’ calculation logic and data sources accurate, but we cannot guarantee that all information is current, complete, or error-free. The Site and its operating team accept no legal or compensatory liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site’s tools.

4. Intellectual Property

1. All content on the Site, including without limitation text, logos (such as the GoGo Style Ditto brand identity), interface designs, source code, tool algorithms, images, and site architecture, is protected intellectual property owned by GoGo Style or the applicable rights holder.
2. Without GoGo Style’s prior written consent, no person may reproduce, adapt, distribute, scrape data from, reverse engineer, or use any such content for commercial gain.

5. Third-Party Links and Data Sources

The Site’s tools may refer to public databases or include links to third-party websites, such as external resources or official platforms. Once you follow a link away from the Site, the third party’s content and policies are independent of the Site, and we accept no responsibility for the accuracy or security of that content.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, including their interpretation and application, and any dispute arising from use of the Site are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). You agree that the Taiwan Taipei District Court will have jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
